THE PROBLEM
Great coffee, brand that didn’t carry it
Desert Sun had the coffee and the space, but the brand on the wall didn’t match the craft inside the cup. The story wasn’t translating online or on social — and customers walked out happy without ever having something worth posting.
For a cafe, that’s the gap that actually costs you. The brand needed to do the talking before the door opened.

THE APPROACH
Identity, imagery, presence — one engagement
We rebuilt the visual identity to match the warmth of the cafe itself — warm tones, intentional typography, and a system that could carry across signage, social, and packaging without breaking. The brand finally said what the coffee already did.
Wes shot the product as carefully as the roast deserves. Eighteen frames captured on-location, to a consistent gallery standard, so every post and product card reads as one cohesive brand. Not a campaign — an asset library Desert Sun owns.
The digital presence pulled the in-store experience online: the site, the social grid, and the imagery all working together to sell the brand before anyone walked in.
“A cafe brand should sell the cup before someone tastes it. Desert Sun’s does now.”

THE RESULT
A brand that earns the share
Desert Sun walked away with a visual library they own and reuse every time they post — and a brand that customers actively share without being asked. The in-store experience and the online experience finally read like one place.
The shoot wasn’t a single deliverable. It was the foundation for everything Desert Sun publishes from here on out.
