Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Creative Flow Studio wants everyone to be able to use this site — regardless of ability, device, or how you browse the web. We build websites for a living, and we believe accessibility is part of building it right, not an afterthought. We are committed to making our own site usable for people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions, or reduced motion.

Where We Stand

Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We believe this site is partially conformant today — most content and functionality meets that standard, but some parts may not yet. We review the site against WCAG criteria ourselves as part of our build and audit process, and we treat accessibility issues the same way we treat bugs: they get fixed.

What We're Actively Doing

  • Building with semantic HTML — proper landmarks, heading order, and labeled controls — so assistive technology can make sense of every page.
  • Supporting full keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-content link and clearly visible focus indicators.
  • Honoring your system's reduced-motion preference — animations and transitions are turned off when you ask for them to be.
  • Maintaining color contrast that meets WCAG AA in both light and dark modes.
  • Writing meaningful alternative text for images and keeping text resizable without breaking the layout.
  • Testing across screen sizes, from small phones to large displays, and auditing the site regularly as we add new pages.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the site rely on third-party services — embedded forms, payment checkout, and analytics — whose accessibility we don't fully control. Some older images and case-study media may have less descriptive alternative text than we'd like. We're working through these as we find them, and a report from you moves an issue to the top of the list.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and with common assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. It is fully responsive and usable on screens from 375px wide and up.

Tell Us If Something Doesn't Work

If any part of this site is difficult to use, doesn't work with your assistive technology, or you need content in another format, email us at hello@creativeflowstudio.us with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Tell us which page you were on and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days, and we'll work with you to get you the information you came for while we fix the underlying issue.
