Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Creative Flow Studio website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, design, code, and branding — is the property of Creative Flow Studio unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Client Work
Project-specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and ownership rights are defined in individual client contracts. These Terms of Service govern website usage only, not client engagements.
Consultations & Paid Services
Paid consultations are non-refundable once booked, as they reserve dedicated time and produce a written deliverable. If you engage Creative Flow Studio for a Full Studio Build or retainer within 30 days of a consultation, the consultation fee is credited toward that engagement. Any materials provided are licensed to you for use in your own business and are non-transferable.
Limitation of Liability
Creative Flow Studio provides this site and its content on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or reliability. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
